While he left his next career move undisclosed, Mwakideu invited his followers to speculate on where his media journey might lead him next.
Having amassed an impressive 23 years in the media realm, Mwakideu’s career commenced in 2000 at Baraka FM in Mombasa, where he dedicated a decade of his talents.
His turning point came in 2010 when he transitioned to Radio Maisha, where he honed his craft for eight years before ultimately joining Milele FM.
Milele FM marked a pinnacle in his illustrious career as he took on the role of Head of Radio, a well-deserved recognition.
His dynamic partnership with Langata Member of Parliament Phelix Odiwuor, famously known as Jalang’o, stood out. Together, they co-hosted shows that resonated, initially at Radio Maisha and subsequently at Milele, before Jalang’o moved to Kiss FM.
